Online 11th Admission in Pune - Centralized Admission Process - Online Form Submission

Online Admission process for 11th standard i.e. FYJC is starting from 21st April 2014. As this process is newly adopted most of students are in confused mind about what is this process , how can we get admission in for particular college and how the merit list going to be displayed etc etc.

So I thought share some important information about this process and here it is.

By doing this admission process online you wont need to go each college for admission just by filling a single admission form you are eligible for taking admission in junior college of Pune and very important thing is that all the admission process is solely based on merit.Student will have option to submit the form for almost 50 colleges as his or her preferences. Each college will publish their own merit list in multiple rounds and student will get notified on registered mobile number by MKCL which is very helpful.

Rules of Admission Process :

• Students passing Std X examination of Maharashtra State SSC Board or an equivalent examination (qualifying examination) are eligible for admissions to FYJC Classes.
• Marks scored at this examination shall be the sole basis for admissions to FYJC Classes.
• There shall be no interview or test prior to admissions to FYJC classes.

Phases and steps

Phase-I (Application Form)

• Purchase information booklet from school / guidance center
• Read it carefully before filling sample form
• Find Login ID and Password in the booklet
• Visit your school to understand the procedure
• Visit the website http://pune.fyjc.org.in
• Log in using ‘login ID’ and ‘password’ given in information booklet for first login.
• Change the password, and keep in your mind for your next logins
• Add security questions, keep the answers in your mind
• Take printout of all credentials
• Follow screen instructions and proceed with the online application step by step
• Confirm your application form.
• Applicants with any grievance or correction in data, Get the form and documents approved from school or guidance center
• Applicants other than open category or open category applicants claiming any reservation, get the form and documents approved from school or guidance center

Phase II Option Form

• Add your stream wise options for colleges in the ‘Option Form’.
• Check and confirm your ‘Option Form

Phase III Admission Process

• The first merit list will be published after declaration of SSC result.
• If you are allocated a college, secure your admission in allocated college.
• You will get a betterment chance only once in any one of the successive rounds and remain in online admission process.
• If you are not allocated a college in the first merit list, wait for next merit list.
• If you are allocated a college but you do not secure admission, You will be out of Process.
• Second merit list published.
• If you are allocated better college in betterment round then Cancel admission from previous college and take admission in the new college.
